Terms & Conditions

1.Services Provided:

Honey Becca Designs LLC offers residential interior design services, including consultations, space planning, project execution, online interior design services, and home decluttering services.

Full Interior Design Service: Includes complete design services, from concept to execution.

Online Interior Design Service: Includes virtual consultations, digital mood boards, 3D renderings, and design advice provided remotely. Full payment is required for this service and must be made through the website.

Home Decluttering: Organizing and decluttering spaces to create a more functional and aesthetically pleasing environment.

2.Payment & Billing:

Full Interior Design Service:

80% upfront payment is required before work begins.

10% payment is due when 80% of the project is completed.

The remaining 10% is due upon completion of the project.

Online Interior Design Service:

Full payment is required upfront and must be made via the website before any work begins.

3.Refund & Cancellation:

Deposits for full interior design services are non-refundable after work starts. Cancellations before work starts may receive a partial refund, minus administrative fees.

4.Timelines & Revisions:

Timelines are subject to client feedback and external factors. The service includes two revisions, with additional charges for

extra revisions.

5.Client Responsibilities:

Clients must provide accurate information and timely feedback. Clients are responsible for obtaining necessary permissions for design work.

6.Liability:

Honey Becca Designs LLC is not liable for delays or issues caused by third-party vendors or improper post-project maintenance.

7.Intellectual Property:

All designs remain the intellectual property of Honey Becca Designs LLC until full payment is made. Clients have usage rights upon

full payment but cannot distribute or use designs commercially without permission.

8.Dispute Resolution:

Any disputes should be resolved first through communication; unresolved issues will follow legal or arbitration processes.
